One of about ten films that helped shape the movie industry. Keep in mind as you watch it that it was released in 1933, animation was in it's infancy. The music and the beat of the drums as they stalk the great ape through the jungle is mesmerizing. If you've never seen this movie take it out of the library, you'll be amazed.
